Frustrating

To anyone listening,

I am not sure what it is about the theatre people I have met but they have been very critical with very few positive words being said.  I know getting into theatre or any kind of performances can be a rough business but I was in a community theatre play in Antioch.  I'm not saying it wasn't fun or important for me but that being said, I'm not sure why there has to be so much criticism.  I mean, it's not like I'm up for an Oscar.  It would just be nice to hear "good job" from one of the actors once in a while.

I could see if I ask for advice.  Then, tell me the truth or help me but if I'm not asking, can you just stop attacking me?  I just don't get it.  It isn't only people in the play either.  I hear it from any theatre friend I find.  It's just bizarre to me.  Like, can't you just say "nice job" without the but after. 

I mean I guess you just have to take the constructive criticism sometimes.  That can be good but at least give me a compliment sandwich lol.  I love doing it and sometimes that is all that matters.  I honestly think 90% of the cast did a great job.  It is hard to perform in front of people but if it is something you love to do then I say go for it and give it a shot.  If you are cast, that must mean you are pretty good I would say.  Sometimes I want to go on a rant on Facebook but sometimes it isn't worth it.  We'll see.

I am grateful I made a friend there that I can talk to about this stuff and hopefully she is understanding and not backstabbing but who knows.  You take that risk with anyone you open up to.

What I'm trying to say is that life is sometimes too hard as it is without the but after.

  To whoever is listening:   So, here we are. Another day and a new pain. My neck this time. Sometimes I think about how different my life was before 2015. It was so much better. I was able to help both physically and financially. I was able to do things without pain. Lies

 To whoever is listening:   I'm trying to figure out what are truths and what are lies... for myself, from others, for those I love. It is a painful thing to watch someone who means the world to you get lost in lies and destruction. I am not one to smile all of the time. I am one who has a sensitive heart. I am one who has hope in others but none in herself. I think about it but haven't given up. Please don't give in.. we can do this together Let me in or let yourself out I can't stop pain but with all the love I have, I would want nothing more then to take all of yours away.  To whoever is listening: I just spent the last 2 hours crying. Not only from the pain. There are 3 things I hate when people say them to me: fat, ugly, annoying. I don't know what my next step is but I have to make one.
